Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Canal Street from a point 245 feet east of South Emmber Lane to a point 40 feet east thereof

On the south side of West Dakota Street from South 29th Street to a point 40 feet west

Part 2.  Section 101-26.7 of the Code relating to Street Sweeping is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of North Astor Street from East Knapp Street to East Ogden Avenue from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the 2nd Thursday of each month from April 1st to December 1^st”

“On the west side of North Astor Street from East Knapp Street to East Ogden Avenue from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the 4th Thursday of each month from April 1st to December 1^st”

Part 3.  Section 101-26.7 of the Code relating to Street Sweeping is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North Astor Street from East Knapp Street to East Ogden Avenue from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 2nd Thursday of each month from April 1st to December 1st

On the west side of North Astor Street from East Knapp Street to East Ogden Avenue from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 4th Thursday of each month from April 1st to December 1st
