Analysis
This resolution confirms the report of the Commissioner of Public Works, as modified by the Common Council Committee, on projects for which Public Hearings have been held. The resolution authorizes the levying of special assessments and directs the installation and construction of said public improvements.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

3rd and 4th Aldermanic Districts

N. Water St. - E. Juneau Av. to a Point 200 feet m/l north of E. Pleasant St. (TD04884006) File Number 011182: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding, grading, and tree removal where necessary. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $246,500 (ST211040134); T.I.D. 48 Funds -- $600,000)

N. Market St. - E. Knapp St. to N.
