Body

Whereas, The Historic Preservation Commission and the Zoning, Neighborhoods and Development Committee both voted unanimously to grant interim historic designation to the house located at 4330 N. 25^th St. in the Garden Homes Subdivision; and

Whereas, The Common Council adopted the recommendation Zoning, Neighborhoods and Development Committee at its meeting on May 25^th; and

Whereas, It is required by City Code that a hearing be held by the Historic Preservation Commission within 90 days relating to permanent historic designation of those structures granted interim status; and

Whereas, The Historic Preservation Commission at its July 19, 2010 meeting voted unanimously to grant permanent historic designation to this property; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the house at 4330 N. 25^th St. be granted permanent historic designation.
