BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the following easements offered the City:
Water Easement WE-819, executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and P&V Atlas Corporation, for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 6355, Lots 1, 2 and 3, 546 feet West of South 6th Street and 380 feet North of West Virginia Street to West Virginia Street, in the City of Milwaukee.
Sewer Easement SE-2607B, executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and American Concrete Pipe Company, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, for a 15 foot wide sewer easement located East of the East line of North 124th Street from 506.41 feet North of the North line of West Hampton Avenue to 822 feet North of the North line of West Hampton Avenue, in the City of Milwaukee.
Sewer Easement SE-2607A, executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and D Best Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, for a 15 foot wide sewer easement located East of the East line of North 124th Street from West Hampton Avenue to 506.41 feet North of the North line of West Hampton Avenue, in the City of Milwaukee.
are accepted, ordered recorded by the City Real Estate Officer, and thereafter kept on file in the Office of the City Comptroller.
