Title

A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Two-Family Residential, RT4, to Neighborhood Shopping, NS2, to allow a wider mix of commercial uses on the property located at 2841 South Howell Avenue, on the west side of South Howell Avenue, south of East Schiller Street, in the 14th Aldermanic District.

Analysis

This zoning change was requested by Howell Haven, LLC and will allow additional uses on the subject site.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for  2841 South Howell Avenue, Tax Key No. 505-0504-000, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Neighborhood Shopping (NS2).
