Analysis
This resolution re-approves a final plat that provides 6 single-family residential lots and 1 outlot.
Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee approved the final plat of Fairway Place Addition No. 1 on May 8, 2001 via File No. 990655; and
 
Whereas, Chapter 236.25(2)(b) of the Wisconsin Statutes states that a final plat must be recorded within 30 days of the date of its last approval; and
 
Whereas, Said approved final plat could not be recorded within the required 30 days because the Developer did not have the proper notary stamp in the owner's signature block; and
 
Whereas, The Developer has obtained the proper notary stamp and is able to move forward with timely recording; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the final plat of Fairway Place Addition No. 1, being a subdivision of Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 3498 together with vacated North 110th Street adjoining said Parcel, being part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 7, Township 8 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin; having been approved by the City Plan Commission and the Commissioner of Public Works, is re-approved.
