This file approves the design plans for Stage 2 of the 139-unit Library Hill Apartment Project. This approval was mandated in the April 19, 1996 Westown Housing Development Agreement.

BODY:

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee ("City"), the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee and the Milwaukee Redevelopment Corporation entered into an April 19, 1996, Westown Housing Development Agreement; and

Whereas, The Westown Housing Development Agreement requires the Milwaukee Redevelopment Corporation to submit to the City schematic and final plans and specifications for Stage 2 of the Project; and

Whereas, The Milwaukee Redevelopment Corporation desires to secure the consent of the City for such plans; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the schematic and final plans and specifications as outlined in Exhibit A, a copy of which are attached to this Common Council File, are approved.
