Adoption of Revised Debt Policies
Analysis
Resolution adopts revised debt policies for the City of Milwaukee, Wisconsin (“City”).
Body
Whereas, the Commissioners of the Public Debt (“Commissioners”) desire to modernize and streamline the debt policies of the City; and
Whereas, the Commissioners have reviewed revised debt policies of the City, specifically the Debt Management Policy, Post Issuance Tax Compliance Policy, and Interest Rate Swap Policy, each attached as an Exhibit hereto;
Now, therefore, be it resolved that the attached revised debt policies are adopted and supersede any previously adopted debt policies or practices; and
Be it further resolved, that the Comptroller and staff will review and monitor these policies and report on them following the guidelines set forth in each specific policy.
