Whereas, The Judiciary and Legislation Committee of the Common Council has recommended the following positions on the bills hereinafter listed and the Common Council being advised of said matters; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee is opposed to the following legislative bills and hereby instructs the Division of Intergovernmental Relations to appear before the proper committees in opposition to said bills and use its best endeavors in opposition to the same viz:

A-337, relating to Day Care Regulations; Zoning.
