BODY:
Whereas, On January 24, 1995, the Common Council adopted resolution file number 940793 designating the North Sherman Boulevard Historic District, which file contained an Historic Designation Study Report; and
Whereas, The text of the resolution, including the legal descriptions of the properties affected were correct, but 2 maps in the attached Historic Designation Study Report (Map 1 - Lloyd to Center Sts. and Map 2 - Center St. to Keefe Ave.) incorrectly included one property that was not intended for inclusion; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, for purposes of providing a true and accurate copy of maps in the Historic Designation Study Report attached to Common Council file number 940793, the 2 maps attached to this resolution shall be deemed true and accurate and copies shall be attached to the report contained in file number 940793, with an appropriate note of the correction made on the 2 maps originally submitted.
