Analysis
This resolution authorizes and directs the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a Project Agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the design review and procurement of a Transportation Alternatives Program project with 80 percent Federal and State Aid under the Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP). This resolution also directs the City of Milwaukee Comptroller to transfer funds and establish project grant chartfield values for the design review and procurement for this project. The total estimated cost of the project is $4,155,591.00 with a grantor share of $3,320,472.80 and a City share of $835,118.20. Whereas, the project agreement has been requested from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to be executed by the City of Milwaukee for design review and procurement of the following project under the Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP):
