Whereas, A petition was presented to the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee by Harley Davidson, Inc. and others on the 30th day of July, 1996 for the vacation of West Juneau Avenue from North 38th Street to a point 120 feet east, North 37th Street from West Juneau Avenue to the Soo Line Railroad and North 38th Street from West Highland Boulevard to West Juneau Avenue in the 16th Aldermanic District; now, therefore be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that said petition be and the same is hereby granted and that the following described portion of said street, to-wit:

West Juneau Avenue and North 38th Street

All that part of West Juneau Avenue and North 38th Street in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 25, Township 7 North, Range 21 East, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the north line of West Highland Boulevard with the east line of North 38th Street; thence Northerly, along said east line, to its point of intersection with the south line of West Juneau Avenue; thence Easterly, along said south line, to the northeast corner of Lot 20 in Block 3 of Highland Home, a recorded subdivision, in said 1/4 Section; thence Northerly, as measured normal to said south line, to a point in the north line of West Juneau Avenue; thence Westerly, along the north line of West Juneau Avenue, to a point in the west line of North 38th Street; thence Southerly, along said west line, to its point of intersection with the north line of West Highland Boulevard; thence Easterly to the point of commencement.
