The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is hereby added to the Milwaukee Code a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-110(1).0004. The zoning map is hereby amended so as to change the zoning for the area bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 8 North, Range 21 East, said point also being a point on the centerline of West Mill Road; thence North 87 deg. 44 min. 53 sec. East along the centerline of West Mill Road 723.10 feet to a point on the centerline of West Fond Du Lac Avenue; thence South 44 deg. 25 min. 07 sec. East along the centerline of West Fond Du Lac Avenue 717.57 feet to a point; thence South 17 deg. 49 min. 54 sec.
