Minutes note: Appearing: Sarah Sinsky, DER Andrea Knickerbocker, DER Jackie Carter, DER Director There was discussion regarding a 3% wage adjustment to the 2026 Salary Ordinance relating to increases to minimum and maximum wage rates in pay ranges, fiscal impact at ($6.9 million for 2026), and previous practice with wage adjustments across the board. Mr. Rynders would submit a fiscal impact statement to the file. Members requested for information regarding positions at the top of their ranges being impacted by the maximum of their pay ranges and how many of those same positions were included in the executive leadership pay increase plan.
