Body
Whereas, The Common Council Resolution Files Numbered 060901 and 060902, adopted November 14, 2006, authorized and directed the Commissioner of Public Works to execute revised project agreements with Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WISDOT) for the inclusion of Real Estate Phases as part of these projects; and

Whereas, The Commissioner of Public Works executed the agreement and submitted it to WISDOT for WISDOT’S authorization; and

Whereas, It is necessary that the Common Council approve the plats of the permanent limited easements required for these projects and authorize the acquisition of easements or land interests, as shown on the permanent limited easement plats; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the permanent limited easements plats, for the North Humboldt Avenue Bridge over Milwaukee River and North Humboldt Avenue Bridge over Commerce Street improvement projects, be approved, a copy of which is attached to Common Council Resolution File Number 060973, and are incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full, and that the City Engineer and the Commissioner of Public Works are authorized and directed to affix their signatures to the plat and authorize the City Engineer to request the WISDOT and/or Federal Highway Administration for approval ...
