Whereas, 230 Wells Street Commercial LLC, the applicant, does not have a location to store dumpsters on private property; and
Whereas, The applicant is requesting permission to keep and maintain five dumpsters and two grease traps in the north-south located alley in the block bounded by West Kilbourn Avenue, North Old World Third Street, North Plankinton Avenue, and West Wells Street; and
Whereas, Said dumpsters and grease traps may only legally encroach into the public right-of-way by granting of a special privilege resolution adopted by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that 230 Wells Street Commercial LLC, 808 North Old World Third Street, Milwaukee WI 53203 is hereby granted the following special privilege:
To install and maintain five dumpsters and two grease traps in the 20-foot wide north-south alley in the block bounded by West Kilbourn Avenue, North Old World Third Street, North Plankinton Avenue, and West Wells Street. The dumpsters and grease traps shall be located along the west line of the aforementioned alley between the north line of West Wells Street and the north property line of the subject premises, which is 125 feet to the north.
