Analysis
This resolution accepts Sewer Easement document SE-2704.
Body
Whereas, Walworths Subdivision is an approved subdivision plat in the Southeast one-quarter (SE ΒΌ) of Section 16, Township 7 North, Range 22 East; and  
 
Whereas, The vacation of the alley north of East North Avenue and west of North Oakland Avenue in said Walworth Subdivision requires easement to protect public interest in the combined sewer in said alley; and
 
Whereas, The easement for the said City combined sewer is in the property owned by Robert F. Tambellini and Jack H. White; and
 
Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2704, granting permission to the City to maintain combined sewers has been granted by Robert F. Tambellini and Jack H. White and approved as to contents, form, and execution by the proper City officers; and
 
Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2704 will grant the City the right of entry in and across the property and with the right to inspect, enlarge, reconstruct and relocate as may become applicable said sewer; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee hereby accepts Sewer Easement SE-2704, said sewer easement document being attached to File Number 010809 and incorporated in the resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it
 
Further Resolved, That said Sewer Easement document shall be forwarded to the Office of City Real Estate for recording and proper distribution.
