This resolution authorizes the sale of said vacant, tax deed lot by the City of Milwaukee.
BODY:
Whereas, The adjoining owners, Mary Ellen Malone and Ray Lee White and Helen White, with their properties located at 3620 North 3rd Street and 3628-30 North 3rd Street, respectively, have each offered to purchase part of the vacant, tax deed lot located at 3624-26 North 3rd Street, Tax Roll Key No. 273-0632-4, from the City of Milwaukee, containing 2,400 and 1,200 square feet, respectively, for the amounts of $120 and $60, respectively, for use as green space; and
 
Whereas, This vacant, tax deed lot is being sold in "as is" condition; and
 
Whereas, The City Plan Commission has approved the acceptance of said Offers, the sale of said property to be consummated in the manner provided for in the sale of other tax deed property pursuant to Section 304-49 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that said Offers are accepted and that the proper City officials are authorized and directed to perform such acts as may be required to consummate the sale of said lot and that the proceeds be credited to the Reserve For Tax Deficit Fund Account No. 02-211- 2700.
