This ordinance will change the zoning for existing residential parcels from a manufacturing to a residential use.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-120(3).0006. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the section line of West Mill Road, the centerline of North 40th Street, a line 128.97 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Mill Road, a line 165 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 40th Street, a line 215.96 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Mill Road, the centerline of North 40th Street, a line 527.4 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Mill Road, a line 90 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 40th Street, a line 607.4 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Mill Road and a line 304 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 40th Street, from Manufacturing (M/D/40) to Two-Family Residence (R/E/40).
