BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the following easement offered the City:

Water Easement WE-827, executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Wisconsin Industries Inc., Employees' Profit Sharing Trust, for a permanent water main easement in South Hilbert Street extended from 92 feet north of East Stewart Street to 480 feet north of East Stewart Street, in the City of Milwaukee.

is accepted, ordered recorded by the City Real Estate Officer, and thereafter kept on file in the Office of the City Comptroller.
