ANLS:

- Analysis - This resolution authorizes the Department of Public Works, Infrastructure Services Division to pay the 1998 Environmental Fees in the amount of $10,000 for the Storm Water Discharge Permit and $250 for the Sanitary Discharge Permit.

BODY:

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee is required to pay an Environmental Fee to the Department of Natural Resources for the 1998 Storm Water Discharge Permit and 1998 Sanitary Discharge Permit in the amount of $10,000 and $250 respectively; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council, that the City Engineer is authorized and directed to pay the Department of Natural Resources 1998 Environmental Fees from the Sewer Maintenance Fund 49-683-0-6301-070.
