The existing code prohibits taking anything out of a recycling container or out of a public trash container ("scavenging") and specifies that the prohibition will expire on December 31, 1997. This ordinance deletes the December 31, 1997, "sunset" date.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Part 5 of Council File 890283 is repealed.
