Whereas, The Utilities and Licenses Committee held a hearing on December 10, 2002 relative to the renewal of the licensed dwelling facility license of Alvaro Arreola for the premises at 1435 W. Walker St.; and

Whereas, No neighbors spoke in opposition to renewal of this license; and

Whereas, The Utilities and Licenses Committee approved the renewal on December 10, 2002, voting unanimously (4 ayes, 0 noes) to recommend renewal of said license; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Neighborhood Services is authorized and directed to grant the licensed dwelling facility license for the premises at 1435 W. Walker St. to Alvaro Arreola.
