ANLS:
This resolution amends FN 990413 to authorize refund of weed cutting charges Placed on the 1998 Tax Roll due to Administrative Review Appeals Board Decision.
BODY:
Whereas, Resolution FN 990413 authorized reduction in weed cutting charges made against a parcel of real estate in 1998; and
Whereas, The decision of the Administrative Review Appeals Board was to reduce the charge from $120 to $25; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City Officers are authorized and directed to refund $95.00 to the possessor of the 1998 tax bill for Key Number 461-1319-000-0 also known as 1642-44-42A S. 13th St., chargeable to Fund Number 0001-5650-001-009400; said refund check to be issued to the property owner, Warren Weir, 3850 S. 92nd St., Milwaukee, WI 53228; and, be it
Further Resolved, That no interest be paid on the delinquent charge in this resolution.
