ANLS:
This resolution authorizes and approves a License Agreement for Milwaukee County Radio Communications Facility to co-locate on Milwaukee Police Department facility at 8463 North Granville Road.
 
 
BODY:
Whereas, The City of Milwaukee, under the jurisdiction of its Police Department, owns and operates a public safety radio communication facility at 8463 North Granville Road, Milwaukee, Wisconsin (the "Site"); and
 
Whereas, Milwaukee County, via its Department of Administration, has requested permission to place and maintain "receive-only" Sheriff's Department radio communications facilities at the Site; and
 
Whereas, The Milwaukee Police Department has reviewed this Milwaukee County request, has no objections to it, and recommends adoption of this resolution approving of a license agreement for the proposed facility; and
 
Whereas, The City Attorney's Office has prepared a license agreement ("License Agreement"), a copy of which is attached to this file memorializing the understandings between the City of Milwaukee and Milwaukee County regarding this proposed facility; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the License Agreement is hereby approved and the proper City officers are authorized and directed to execute such; and, be it
 
Further Resolved, That non-substantive changes may be made to the proposed License Agreement with the concurrence of the Milwaukee Police Department and City Attorney's Office.
