This Resolution affirms the Common Council’s approval of the final program structure, budget and report for the North End Business Capacity Building Program.

Whereas, Common Council File No. 071618 adopted on June 10, 2008 approved the terms of a Business Capacity Building Program for the North End Project and funding in an amount not to exceed $250,000 from Tax Incremental District No. 48; and

Whereas, The Business Capacity Building Program summarized in the term sheet attached to Common Council File No. 071618 was subsequently redesigned by the Department of Administration prior to initiation; and

Whereas, Common Council File No. 130298 authorizing the issuance of forgivable loans under the North End Business Capacity Building Program was placed on file by the Common Council on July 23, 2013; and

Whereas, Common Council File No. 130421 was a communication file regarding the North End Business Capacity Program which included a final North End Business Capacity Building Program presentation and summary of results was placed on file on September 24, 2013; and

Whereas, The Common Council desires to confirm its approval of the final program design and structure, program report and program budget in the forms presented in conjunction with Common Council File No. 130421 and attached to this Common Council file; now therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the program design and structure set forth in the PowerPoint presentation attached to Common Council File No. 130421 is hereby approved, the program report of July, 2013 and the final budget attached to this Common Council file are also hereby approved; and be it
