Title

Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Single-Family Residential to Local Business on land located on the North Side of West Stark Street and East of North Teutonia Avenue, in the 1st Aldermanic District.

Analysis

This substitute ordinance will allow for a land sale and assemblage with the adjoining property at 4910 North Teutonia Avenue for business expansion and parking. The alley between the two properties will be vacated.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

Section 295-601.2.0025. The zoning map is amended for the area bounded and described as follows:

 

The zoning line within North Teutonia Avenue, a line 180 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Stark Street, a line 150 feet East and parallel to the west line of North 27th Street, and a line 120 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Stark Street, from Single-Family Residential (RS6) to Local Business (LB1).
