A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the south side of E. Hampshire Street from the west curb line of N. Hackett Avenue to a point 70 feet west thereof at any time"

Part 2. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of N. 12th Street from W. Wright Street to W. Clark Street on even calendar dates from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the west side of N. 12th Street from W. Wright Street to W. Clark Street on odd calendar dates from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the north side of E. Ogden Avenue between N. Marshall and N. Cass Streets"

"On N. Marshall Street from E. Ogden Avenue to E. Lyon Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"

"On N. Cass Street from E. Ogden Avenue to E. Lyon Street"
