Analysis
Currently, one of the criteria used in designating a commuter impacted parking area is that the area consist of not less than 1,800 linear feet.  This ordinance allows the common council to waive this requirement.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1.  Section 101-27.7-4-a-2 of the code is amended to read:
 
101-27.7.  Residential Daytime Parking Privilege for Commuter Parking Impacted Areas.
4.  ELIGIBILITY.
a-2.  The affected area consists of not less than 1,800 linear feet >>, provided, however, that the common council may waive this requirement<<.
