This ordinance will allow the property to be developed for commercial purposes.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-320(8).0043. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by a line 120 feet South of the South line of West Lincoln Avenue; the Section line in South 27th Street; a line 120 feet North of the North line of West Hayes Avenue; and a line 135 feet East of the East line of South 28th Street, from Parking (P/D/40) to Local Business (L/D/40).
