Winnebago Ave. from N. 8th St. to N. 6th St, the north side of W. Highland Ave. from N. 6th St. to N. 8th St., north side of W. Highland Ave. from N. 8th St. to N. 9th St. , south side of W. State St. from N. 6th St. to N. James Lovell St. and both sides of N. 8th St. from W. State St. to W. Highland Ave. Ald. Bauman is opposed to this change. Star Robertson - MATC student Kelly Tucker - MATC student Antoine Williams - MATC student Michael Rosen - Economic professor at MATC and president of the student and faculty union. Ald. Donovan moved to amend the file by adding a request for an exception to alternate side parking for non-winter months for the 1500 block of S. 31st (31st from Orchard to Lapham) and a request for an exception to alternate side parking for: S. 21st from Orchard to Lapham and W. Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various
parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of South Water Street from the north center line of East National Avenue to a point 65 feet north of the north center line of East National Avenue at any time"

"On the north side of West Lincoln Avenue between West Windlake Avenue and the alley west thereof at any time"

"On the south side of East Ohio Avenue from South Whitnall Avenue east to the north/south alley at any time"

"On the south side of West State Street from North 29th Street to a point 95 feet east"

"On the east side of North 17th Street from West St. Paul Avenue south to driveway from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM"

"On South 20th Street between West Mitchell Street and South Muskego Avenue at any time"

"On the west side of South 21st Place from a point 60 feet north of the north center line of West Lincoln Avenue to a point approximately 60 feet further north thereof at any time"

Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of East Bay Street from a point 120 feet east of South Aldrich Street to a point 20 feet east thereof

On the east side of South Cesar E. Chavez Drive from West Greenfield Avenue to West Orchard Street

Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On North 36th Street from West Stevenson Street to the right of way of T.M.E.R. & L. Co."
