Analysis
This resolution approves an Out-of-Program Agreement between the Wisconsin Electric Power Company and the City of Milwaukee. The agreement provides that the City design and construct a relocated sanitary sewer at the company's expense. The sewer relocation will allow expansion of an electric substation located on the south side of West Bradley Road at North 68th Street.

Body
Whereas, The Wisconsin Electric Power Company proposes to expand an existing electric substation located on the south side of West Bradley Road at North 68th Street; and

Whereas, The proposed expansion will require relocation of a City sanitary sewer located in easement across the site; and

Whereas, The sewer can be relocated to accommodate the company's expansion project; and

Whereas, An Out-of-Program Agreement between the Wisconsin Electric Power Company and the City of Milwaukee has been drafted and is attached to this file; and

Whereas, The agreement addresses the design, construction and funding of the sanitary sewer line relocation; and

Whereas, The City will design the relocated sewer, will contract for its construction and will inspect the work while the company will provide all the necessary funding; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the attached Out-of-Program Agreement is hereby approved and the appropriate City Officials are hereby authorized to execute it; and, be it
