Resolution relating to the Litter and Sanitation Task Force.
Analysis
This resolution:
1.  Renames the Litter and Sanitation Task Force the Litter Control Task Force.
2.  Adds 2 additional members, an alderman and a neighborhood representative, to the Task Force, for a total of 11 members.
Body
Whereas, The Litter and Sanitation Task Force was established by Common Council File Number 010998, approved by the Common Council on November 27, 2001; and
 
Whereas, It is felt that the community can be better served by the addition of 2 members; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the first "Resolved" Clause of Common Council File Number 010998 is deleted and the following inserted in lieu thereof:
 
"Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that a Litter Control Task Force is created, composed of the following 11 members:
 
1.  Five members of the Common Council to be appointed by the Council President.
 
2.  One member, to be appointed by the Mayor.
 
3.  One neighborhood representative, to be appointed by the Common Council President.
 
4.  One representative from each of the following:
 
a.  Sanitation Division of the Department of Public Works.
 
b.  Department of Neighborhood Services.
 
c.  Public Employees Union #61.
 
d.  Keep Greater Milwaukee Beautiful.
