TITL:
Resolution approving an Amendment to the Public Improvement Development and Maintenance Agreement with the Board of Business Improvement District No. 16 and approving an Amendment to the 1997 Operating Plan for Business Improvement District No. 16 (West North Avenue). (Department of City Development)
ANLS:
- Analysis -

When the design for the streetscaping project for West North Avenue and West Lisbon Avenue began in 1995, it appeared that the repaving of West Lisbon Avenue (US- 41) would occur in late 1997 or early 1998. Streetscape improvements on West Lisbon Avenue were included in the design and the project budget to coincide with the repaving. The repaving has now been delayed indefinitely by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. This resolution approves amendments which defer the proposed streetscaping on West Lisbon Avenue, reduces the project budget and funding accordingly, and reallocates funds in the 1997 Operating Plan for BID-16 to alternative improvements and maintenance expenses.
