This resolution authorizes proper City officials to execute Sewer Easement SE-2850F located within the easterly extension of East Oregon Street between South Barclay Street and South Water Street, in the 12th Aldermanic District.
Body
Whereas, The City of Milwaukee requested an easement needed for sewer facilities in the easterly extension of East Oregon Street between South Barclay Street and South Water Street; and
Whereas, The easement area is in lands partially owned by LCM Funds 23 Bridgeview LLC; and
Whereas, The land-owner is willing to grant Sewer Easement SE-2850F to the City giving the City permission to enter the property to construct, operate, maintain, inspect, and repair, as City deems necessary, sewer facilities within the easement area on terms and conditions negotiated by the City’s Department of Public Works, as reflected in the easement document that has been made part of this file; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officials, including the DPW Commissioner, are hereby authorized: (i) to sign the Sewer Easement, in the form and substance submitted to this file (or in substantially the same form and substance as submitted, and to effectuate the intent of this resolution); and (ii) to cause the same to be recorded in the Milwaukee County Register of Deeds Office.
