Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

12th Aldermanic District

E. Greenfield Ave. (South Side) - Kinnickinnic River to the Union Pacific Railroad Right of Way (ST211130189) File Number 121751: Relocate fencing prior to paving. (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $25,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $50,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2013 construction season.

14th Aldermanic District

Port of Milwaukee Streets (ST214130102) File Number 130146: Paving roadways at the Port. (Developer Paving Fund -- $50,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $78,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2013 construction season.
