Analysis
This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works. The City cost of the projects approved by this resolution is estimated to be $7,733,300. The total estimated cost of these projects is $8,562,800.
Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

2nd Aldermanic District

Alley between W. Armitage Ave., W. Constance Ave., W. Fond du Lac Ave., and W. Leon Terr. (SM495120119) File Number 121216: Storm sewer lining. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $10,000, Additional Funds ). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $29,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2013 construction season.

2nd and 7th Aldermanic Districts

Area bounded by N. 51st Blvd., N. 60th St., W. Keefe Ave., and W. Capitol Dr. (#10) (SM494120203) File Number 121420: Sanitary sewer lining. (Infiltration/Inflow Reduction Fund -- $1,300,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $1,325,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2013 construction season.
