This ordinance revises various provisions of the code for purposes of correcting errors, clarifying language and eliminating obsolete provisions.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 64-01-1 and 2 of the code is repealed and recreated to read:

64-01. Adoption of State Code.

1. MOBILE HOME PARKS. Sections Adm. 65.01, 65.02, 65.03(1) to (3), (5) to (13), 65.04 to 65.07, 65.09(1)(a) and (c), and (2) to (4), 65.10(1), (3) and (4), and 65.11 to 65.17, Wis. Adm. Code, as amended.

2. CAMPGROUNDS AND CAMPING RESORTS. Chapter HFS 178, Wis. Adm. Code, as amended.

Part 2. Section 68-01 of the code is amended to read:

68-01. Adoption of State Code. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the city of Milwaukee adopts ch. 97, Wis. Stats., chs. ATCP [[66,]] 75 >>,80<< and [[HSS]] >>HFS<< 196, Wis. Adm. Code, as amended, and where pertaining specifically to food operation premises, Comm 14 and 16, ILHR 51, 52, 54, 55 and 64, Wis. Adm. Code, as amended, as part of this code.

Part 3. Section 75-15-5 of the code is amended to read:

75-15. Ambulance Certification Regulations.

5. FEES. An applicant filing an initial application for a certificate or an application for renewal shall pay the fee required in [[s. 81-3]] >>ch. 60<<. If an initial application or application for renewal is denied, no fee paid shall be refunded.

Part 4. Section 95-1-6-b of the code is amended to read:
