Resolution permitting a minor modification to the Detailed Planned Development (DPD) known as Vineyard Terrace, located East of North 5th Street and South of West Reservoir Avenue, in the 6th Aldermanic District. (DCD)
Analysis
This resolution will allow for modification to the decorative fence and monument sign materials and details.
Body
Whereas, Section 295-814(5) of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances permits modifications to planned developments after approval of the Common Council; and
 
Whereas, The detailed plan for a planned development known as Vineyard Terrace was approved by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee on March 23, 1999, under File No. 981437; and
 
Whereas, The owner is requesting to modify the previously approved materials and details for the monument sign and decorative fencing; and
 
Whereas, The proposed fence and sign modifications are consistent with the spirit and intent of the approved general plan, will not adversely affect surrounding development and a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the minor modification to the materials and details for the monument sign and decorative fencing that was not previously approved as part of the Detailed Planned Development is approved.
