This ordinance changes the expiration date for a pedicab owner's permit from June 30 to April 30. The permit remains a 2-year permit at the current $64 fee.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 81-89-1 of the code is amended to read:

81-89. Pedicab Owner's Permit.

1. Each pedicab owner's permit shall be issued for a 2-year period, expiring on [[June]] >>April<< 30 in odd-numbered years.
