Analysis

This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to direct the installation of a new traffic control signal at the intersection of West Center Street and North 39^th Street.

Body

Whereas, Traffic control signals have been requested by Alderman Hines; and

Whereas, The total estimated cost is $50,000.00 and will be included in the Division's Capital Improvement Fund Project/Grant Number ST220050000; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Commissioner of Public Works be and hereby is authorized to direct the installation of a new traffic control signal at the intersection of West Center Street and North 39^th Street at an estimated cost of $50,000.00 from Capital Improvement Fund Project/Grant Number ST220050000.
