This resolution contains the the Certificates of Appropriateness approved at the Historic Preservation Commission meeting of July 19, 2010.
Body
Resolved, by the Historic Preservation Commission, that the attached Certificates of Appropriateness for the following addresses are approved:

4315 W. Lisbon Ave. (solar collector panels on flat roof at back of building)
937 N. 33rd St. (standing seam, copper roof on tower and rebuild curved, built-in gutter system to match original)

2333 S. 6th St. (new corner monument sign in place of existing sign. New sign will match the old one but will have an electronic message board).

116 E. Vine St. (rebuild front porch to match existing; replace deteriorated wood on side porch and siding on front of house as needed.

2030 E. Lafayette Pl. (tear off and reroof house and detached garage (front porch shingles to remain and new shingles will match them)).

930 N. 31st St. (tear off all layers of roof and redeck and reshingle with asphalt shingles).

2808 N. Sherman Blvd. (repair wood garage soffits and fascia to match original. Install glass block windows in garage. Repair front porch ornamental iron rails. Install new concrete steps for front porch. Install new service walk).

2206 E. Kenilworth Pl. (new block window on side elevation - not visible from street or rear of house).

2212 E. Kenilworth Pl. (spot replace wood siding, sidewalk shingleing and trim in kind where the material has deteriorated beyond repair).

1344 E. Brady St. (new individual letter, internally illuminated signage; signage on new awning).

608 and 604 W. Historic Mitchell St. (new condensing units for air conditioning behind parapet wall of 608 W. Mitchell and another unit at the rear of 604 W. Mitchell on the flat roof...
