Title
Substitute ordinance amending the boundary of a Development Incentive Zone known as Towne Corporate Park of Granville to exclude several properties on lands generally located West of North 107th Street and South of West Brown Deer Road, for senior apartment development and storm water detention, in the 9th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will remove the properties located at 8500 and 8501 North Pfeil Street from the DIZ boundary to allow the properties to be rezoned as GPD and developed as 90 cottage-style apartments for seniors. This ordinance also will remove from the DIZ a property located at 10901 West Donna Drive, which is and will continue to be used for storm water detention.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-1007(2)(b).0016. The zoning map is amended to exclude from the Development Incentive Zone (DIZ) the area described as Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 7143, Parcel 4 of Certified Survey Map No. 6691 and Parcel 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 6570.
