Resolution authorizing and directing the proper City officers to execute a Permit and Agreement document allowing the Aurora Health Care Metro, Inc. to construct portions of buildings, loading docks, stairways and other appurtenant structures, asphalt and concrete pavements within the limits of the sewer easement on the property at 3000 West Oklahoma Avenue. Analysis
This resolution authorizes and directs the proper City officers to execute the Permit and Agreement SA-2496B, located in Milwaukee County Park property at 3000 West Oklahoma Avenue.
Body
Whereas, On January 8, 2002 the City was granted an easement SE-2496B by Milwaukee County for sewer purposes in Milwaukee County Park property at 3000 West Oklahoma Avenue; and
Whereas, Milwaukee County has entered into an agreement with Aurora Health Care Metro, Inc. to allow the construction of portions of buildings, loading docks, stairways and other appurtenant structures, asphalt and concrete pavements, the "IMPROVEMENTS", in and over Milwaukee County Park property, a portion of which is in the easement SE-2694B; and
Whereas, Aurora has requested permission from the City of Milwaukee to construct the IMPROVEMENTS in and over SE-2694B; and
Whereas, The City will allow the construction of said IMPROVEMENTS in and over a portion of the easement area, subject to conditions stipulated in Permit and Agreement document known as SA-2694B and subject to Milwaukee County Approval of the Permit and Agreement document SA-2694B; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to execute Permit and Agreement SA-2694B, said Permit and Agreement being attached to Common Council File Number 030132 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it
