Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

1st Aldermanic District

W. Reichert Pl. - N. 27th St. to 240 feet west of N. 27th St. (WT410160716) File Number 150322: Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $75,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $90,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2016 construction season.

2nd Aldermanic District

W. Fairmount Ave. - N. 62nd St. to N. 63rd St. (WT410160675) File Number 150118: Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $85,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $100,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2016 construction season.
