There was presentation and discussion on the following: City-owned vacant lots inventory details, maintenance of existing inventory, rental income, mowing, inspection, homelessness encampments, complaint data, signage with information, interim uses (Community Improvement Projects, garden permits, Healing Space Initiative), green space land sales (side lot sale program and silver lots, backlog of applications, sale and closing timeframe, pricing), miscellanous lots, sale for new construction, breakdown of buildable lots, sales to Habitat for Humanity, Walnut Circle and Josey Heights, backbone TID strategy (2024 Midtown, 2025 Harambee, and 2026 Amani Homeownership Initiatives), Revive Housing Development, goals for 2026, and new strategies (innovation, peer city best practices, advertising, neighborhood collaboration, smaller houses).
