Title
Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2003 offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 020487 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under "Comptroller, Revenue and Cost Division", delete one position of "Management Accountant-Senior(C)" and add one position of "Accounting Program Assistant III(C)."

Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 020487 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under "Health Department, Breast Cancer Awareness Program Grant (U)", delete one position of "Public Health Nurse (U)(KK)(X)" and amend footnote "(U)" as follows: "To expire 12/31/03 unless the Breast Cancer Awareness Grant is extended"; under "Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Grant", delete one position of "Driver (3-1/2 Tons)(JJ)(KK)"; under "Well Women Health Initiative (NN)" add one position of "Public Health Educator II (X)(NN)(JJ)" and amend footnote "(NN)" as follows: "To expire 12/31/03 unless the MBCAP Well Women Health Initiative Grant is extended. Public Health Educator position is also funded by the Breast Cancer Control Coordination Grant."

Part 3. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 020487 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2003 - December 22, 2002):

Under "Mayor, Administration", add one position of "COMPASS Project Policy Director (exempt)(M)(Y)" and add footnote "(M)" to read as follows: "Position to be funded through various grants. Authority to expire if grant funding from various sources is completely exhausted."
