The house has siding and the porch details are not original and although the recessed porch is interesting, it was also modified. Staff recommends denial of the request for historic designation. Joseph Bagin, Sr. - 6430 S. Howell Ave., Oak Creek - owner. He called the local alderman 200 times about this neighborhood. He wants it declared historical as it was in the same family for three generations. Mr. Williams suggested getting a historic plaque for the house or attempt on getting a historic designation for the neighborhood. Mr. Williams moved for denial, seconded by Mr. Jarosz. There were no objections.
