ANLS:

This resolution authorizes the Health Department to apply for the Bioterrorism Grant from the State of Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services. The purpose of the grant is to develop key components of a system that will prepare Milwaukee to better respond to bioterrorism threats.

BODY:

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee appears to be eligible for grant funds from the State of Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services to develop key components of a system that will prepare Milwaukee to better respond to bioterrorism threats; now therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that application to the State of Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services is authorized.
