This substitute ordinance consolidates land into a single base zoning district for a future grocery store.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-601(2).0016. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area described by the zoning line within the right-of-way of West Walker Street, a line 132.5 feet East and parallel to the east line of South Cesar Chavez Drive, a line 170 feet East and parallel to the east line of South Cesar Chavez Drive and a line 150 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Walker Street, a line 200 feet East and parallel to the east line of South Cesar Chavez Drive and the zoning line within the right-of-way of West Mineral Street, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Local Business (LB2).
